What we collect
Your email address, and only when you submit it through the waitlist form. Nothing else is requested and nothing else is stored.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Erovi opens for early access, and to ask a small number of questions about how you run your practice while we build it.
We will not send you unrelated marketing, and we will not sell, rent, or share your address with anyone else.
Where it is stored
Waitlist submissions are received and stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the Canada (Central) region, located in Montreal. Your email address does not leave Canada.
The site itself is served from a global content delivery network, which keeps standard access logs including IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.
Third parties
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We do not send Google anything else, and we receive nothing back.
There are no other third-party scripts, embeds, pixels, or services on this site.
How long we keep it
Until Erovi launches and you either create an account or tell us you are no longer interested. If you ask us to delete your address, we delete it.
If the product does not launch, we delete the waitlist.
Your rights
Erovi Inc. is based in Montreal, Quebec. If you are in Quebec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25, applies to your information. Elsewhere in Canada, PIPEDA applies.
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@erovi.app and we will act on it.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this policy changes before launch, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects information we already hold, we will email the people it affects.
